Privacy at Happy Move

Information you provide

When you request a quote or a booking time, Happy Move receives the contact and move details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, moving date, locations, service type, and notes. We use this information to respond, prepare an estimate, schedule the crew, and provide the requested moving service.

Website analytics

If you select Accept in our privacy notice, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits and actions such as phone-button clicks, quote activity, booking activity, and review-link clicks. Analytics may receive device, browser, page, referral, and approximate location information. Happy Move does not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, or form answers to Google Analytics.

Cookies and local storage

We store your analytics choice in your browser. Google Analytics may use cookies after you accept analytics. If you decline, the Analytics tag is not loaded. You can clear your browser storage or use the button below to make a new choice.

Service providers

Website quote and booking-request details are stored in Happy Move's own Cloudflare-hosted database (D1), with access restricted to authorized Happy Move owner accounts. Website forms do not automatically forward your details to Google email or calendars, or send automatic customer messages. Optional Google Analytics remains separate and only loads if you accept analytics.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell customer personal information. Our retention period for website quote and booking-request records is 24 months from the date the request is created. Cleanup is currently performed manually; automatic deletion is not enabled. Information may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect customers, Happy Move, or the public.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics and still use the website, call us, and submit forms. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, contact ahmadserhal@happymoveinc.com or call (437) 987-4474. Deleting a website request also removes its linked pipeline, history, alert and referral records. Turning off Google forwarding does not automatically delete copies of older requests previously sent to Google services.
