Important booking information
The U-Box reservation stays with U-Haul
Happy Move does not rent, sell, or directly book U-Box containers.
Customers must reserve their container through U-Haul. Once you have a container reservation, you can request our loading, unloading or delivery help directly. Delivery depends on confirmed pickup authorization, suitable equipment, container availability and access.
You can also select Happy Move through U-Haul Moving Help. Existing marketplace orders stay with the platform where you booked them; a direct quote does not change an existing order.
Happy Move is an independent moving company. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by U-Haul.

U-Box load or unload
Moving labour at your location
Happy Move can meet the container at your home, apartment, business, storage facility, or U-Haul location to load or unload it. For this service, the customer or U-Haul arranges container transportation.

U-Box delivery only
Delivery help for your existing U-Box
Request delivery directly with Happy Move when you already have a U-Box reservation. We confirm the pickup location, permission to collect the container, suitable equipment, delivery access and return arrangements before accepting the job. You handle the loading or unloading.

Container delivery and moving labour together
Hire Happy Move directly to help with delivery and loading or unloading of a U-Box you have already reserved. We review the container count, pickup permission, access, equipment, trips and return arrangements, then confirm the service and quote with you.
Your container rental remains with U-Haul. We do not rent, supply or book the container itself.

Packing and preparation
Prepare furniture and boxes for container loading
Hire Happy Move directly for packing, furniture wrapping, selected disassembly and labour-only moving, including preparation for your existing U-Box. We confirm equipment and supplies in your quote.
